10. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for 12 consecutive months. Once an account reaches this status, a monthly administrative fee of 10 EUR (or equivalent) may be deducted from the remaining balance. This fee will stop being charged once the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
